1. Meet with Newtown housing counselor to determine eligibility
2. Get pre-qualified by an approved lender
3. Meet with Newtown team to determine your budget and maximum house cost
4. Go find a house you want to buy
5. If the property meets the requirements, Newtown will buy the house and complete renovation
6. When the work is complete, you buy the house from Newtown
